Most diabetics have two typical symptoms.
You need to urinate frequently and your thirst increases.
Frequent urination
Diabetics send large amounts of urine every day. There is usually an urge to empty the bladder at night. When glucose cannot enter human cells, it accumulates in the blood and begins to appear in the urine. Diabetics are more likely to urinate too much because glucose in the urine attracts more water than usual.
Thirst
Excessive urination can cause water loss and thirst. People with diabetes are often thirsty and drink large amounts of water at short intervals.
Extreme hunger
Most people with diabetes tend to eat a lot on an empty stomach. They eat too much, but they still suffer from hunger.
Lose weight
Despite frequent and heavy diets, continuous weight loss is another symptom of the disease. The human body lacks energy because glucose cannot enter cells. Hungry cells consume fat and protein to do their best to gain energy. This leads to weight loss.
Weakness and fatigue
Despite a little effort, diabetics quickly get tired. They also find it easy to breathe out. The sugar in the blood does not enter the cells but is converted into energy. This reduces durability and resistance.
Depression
People with diabetes can also experience inertia and lethargy. They do not work and often feel weak. Your mood and body parts indicate depression.
