Is diabetes related to nutrition?

Perhaps no other diseases are as closely related to nutrition as diabetes.

Nutrition not only plays a role in its development, but it is also one of the most effective treatments for diseases. Because of this strong and important relationship with nutrition, researchers carefully studied the use of dietary supplements in disease treatment. They found that many vitamins (such as vitamin C and B), minerals (such as chromium), and herbs (such as spoon nephrin) help to safely, effectively, and naturally lower blood levels and prevent diabetes complications. .. But more importantly, these vitamins, minerals, and herbs can be combined and synergistically combined with scientifically proven diabetes prescriptions.

Patients with type 1 diabetes need insulin therapy to survive.

  1. If left untreated for many years, diabetes can cause more serious health problems
  2. Damage to the blood vessels of the eyes (retinopathy). This can cause blindness.
  3. Kidney disease (nephropathy) or kidney failure.
  4. Especially limb nerve injury (neuropathy). It can cause tingling, numbness, and weakness.

Narrowing of blood vessels due to fatty deposits (atherosclerosis). This increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, and reduced blood flow in the legs.

Uncontrolled gestational diabetes can cause large babies and difficult delivery. In the years to come, it may also increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes cycle problems

High blood sugar can damage blood vessels. The constant high sugar content in the blood can cause blood vessels to thicken, become flexible and impair circulation. Poor blood circulation can impair healing, especially in the legs and lower extremities. Hyperglycemia also increases the fat content in the blood. It is blocked by fat and shrinks blood vessels. Partial blockage deprives the heart of certain essential nutrients. A complete blockage can cause a heart attack, heart pain (called angina), or stroke.

Magnesium

The relationship between magnesium and diabetes has been studied for decades, but it is not fully understood. Studies have shown that magnesium deficiency can worsen blood sugar control in type 2 diabetes. Scientists believe that magnesium deficiency can interfere with pancreatic insulin secretion and increase insulin resistance in human tissues. There is evidence that magnesium deficiency may cause certain complications of diabetes.
