B Vitamin Complex-B
Vitamin can be used to treat diabetes. The main natural sources of thiamine are wheat germ, brewing yeast, rice, wheat, and other whole grains, beans, nuts, pea, lime, legumes, dark leafy vegetables, bananas, and apples. Pantothenic acid includes wheat germ, whole wheat bread, green vegetables, and peanuts. Biotin is found in yeast, rice bran, bacteria, rice mills, and peanut butter brewing.
The lack of pyridyl
or vitamin B6-vitamin B6 or pyridyl can convert the essential amino acid tryptophan into a substance called xanthine. Laboratory experiments have shown that xanthate tends to damage pancreatic tissue.
Diabetics
who take 50 mg of vitamin B6 daily have a sharp drop in urinary xanthine levels. In some cases, the amount on the first day decreased by nearly 97%. People taking 10 to 20 mg of this vitamin daily have shown that xanthate is not formed in the urine. Therefore, diabetics can benefit from getting enough vitamin B6. The main natural sources of pyridoxine are milk, brewing yeast, grains, beans, green leafy vegetables, and carrots.
