By starting a diet rich in magnesium and chrome

Start magnesium- and chromium-rich diet to control diabetes

Manganese-Manganese is essential for the production of natural insulin and is therefore also important for the treatment of diabetes. It is found in citrus fruits, nuts, grain shells, and green leaves of edible plants.

Magnesium loss in diabetic ketosis has been ongoing for many years. It has been found that about 37% of babies born to diabetic mothers are deficient in this mineral. It has also been found that well-managed children aged 5 to 18 years with type 1 diabetes have low serum magnesium levels.

Magnesium-Magnesium also reduces the need for vitamin B6, and an increase in dietary vitamin B6 reduces the amount of xanthic acid in the blood, even without vitamin B6 supplements. Magnesium is also required for active vitamins (including vitamin B6). Since the blood magnesium content of diabetics is particularly low, it can be reasonably speculated that diabetes can be caused by an inadequate combination of vitamin B6 and magnesium. Therefore, people with diabetes or family history are advised to take at least 500 mg of magnesium and 10 mg of B6 daily.

Magnesium

is widely distributed in food. It forms part of the green leaf chlorophyll. Other good sources of this mineral are nuts, soybeans, alfalfa, apples, figs, lemons, peaches, almonds, whole grains, brown rice, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds.

According to Dr. Chrome, according to Richard A. Anderson of the Human Nutrition Research Center in Beltsville, Maryland, Chromium can normalize blood glucose regardless of blood glucose problems. Dr. Anderson believes that the increased prevalence of type 2 diabetes is due in part to a dietary deficiency of chromium.

Chromium

is beneficial in the prevention and treatment of diabetes. In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Columbia University scientists determined the effect of chromium on type 2 diabetes. They found that chromium could improve the body's insulin production. Some other researchers have also found that chromium helps stabilize blood sugar and increase energy.

Studies have shown that chromium supplements can control total cholesterol and triglyceride levels and increase good or HDL cholesterol. Patients with impaired glucose tolerance, especially children with protein malnutrition, improved their glucose tolerance after taking chromium supplements.

The recommended

daily chromium content is 50-100 micrograms. In addition to broccoli, chrome-rich foods include whole grains, nuts, mushrooms, rhubarb, Bengal gram, kidney beans, soybeans, black grams, bethel nuts, gourds, corn oil, brewing yeast, pomegranate, and pineapple. ..
